We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any reason.

• In principle, we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed, so please check carefully before placing your order.
• If payment is not made within one week after ordering, it will be unavoidably canceled and we may refuse to shop at our shop in the future.
• However, if the delivered product is damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us immediately. We accept returns only if we are responsible. Please contact us within 3 days after the item arrives. Please note that if you contact us for more than 3 days, we will not be able to exchange it in principle.
