Due to the nature of antique products, it is difficult to prove the exact date and place of manufacture, so the dates and countries of origin are only estimates. Please understand it as a reference material. Most of the products we handle are old, so there are scratches, dirt, rust, distortion, etc. Please understand that it may not be possible to explain in the image. Also, due to the nature of the display, it may look different from the actual color. Please be careful. When purchasing, please be aware of the characteristics of antiques before ordering.

Order flow

Select a product
Once you have decided on the item you want to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button. The item is added to your shopping cart.
Proceed to the cash register
Click "Cart" at the top right of the screen to display the contents of the cart. Check the product and quantity and click the "Proceed to payment" button.
Enter the delivery address
If you enter "contact information" and "shipping address" according to the instructions.
Confirmation of payment method
After confirming the total amount, select the payment method, enter the necessary information, and proceed to the payment.
Completion of order
After clicking the "Order Complete" button and completing the payment, we will proceed with the shipping arrangements for the product.
Product delivery
The product will be delivered to you.

Precautions

  • Most of the products we handle are old, so there are scratches, dirt, rust, distortion, etc. We try to describe it in as much detail as possible so that you can purchase it in an easy-to-understand manner with peace of mind, but we may omit the description for extremely small scratches and dirt.
  • We do our best to make the product image the same color as the actual product, but it may differ slightly from the actual color depending on the browser environment.
  • Please note that the information may differ between the inventory status displayed on the WEB and the actual inventory status due to the time lag.
  • If the item is out of stock, we will contact you by email. If it is out of stock, we accept cancellations and additional orders.
  • In principle, we cannot accept cancellations after your order has been placed, so please check carefully before placing your order.
  • Please note that if payment is not made within one week after ordering, it will be treated as a cancellation and we may refuse to shop at our shop in the future.
  • Depending on the browser you are using, you may not be able to use the shopping cart. In that case, please contact us.

Shipping Information

We aim to ship the item within 5-7 days. The arrival date will vary depending on the country of delivery and circumstances, so we will contact you separately.

Returns / Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for any reason.

ご注文の流れ

商品を選ぶ
ご希望の商品が決まりましたら、「カートに入れる」ボタンをクリックしてください。商品がカートに入ります。
レジへ進む
画面上の「カート」をクリックすると、カートの中身が表示されます。商品と数量を確認し、「Proceed to payment（決済へ進む）」ボタンをクリックします。
お届け先の入力
案内に従って「連絡先」「お届け先」を入力すれば完了です。
お支払い方法の確認
合計金額を確認後、お支払い方法を選択し、必要事項を入力して決済に進みます。
ご注文完了
「Order Complete（注文完了）」ボタンをクリックし、お支払いが完了しましたら、商品の発送手配を進めさせていただきます。
商品のお届け
商品をお届けいたします。

注意事項

  • 当店で取り扱っている商品のほとんどは古いものですので、キズ、汚れ、サビ、歪み等があります。安心して分かりやすくお買い求めいただけるよう、できるだけ詳しく記載するよう心がけておりますが、極端に小さな傷や汚れについては記載を省略させていただく場合がございます。
  • 商品画像はなるべく実物と同じ色になるよう努力しておりますが、ブラウザの環境により実際の色と若干異なる場合がございます。
  • WEB上に表示される在庫状況と実際の在庫状況は、タイムラグにより情報が異なる場合がございます。
  • 在庫切れの場合はメールにてご連絡いたします。在庫切れの場合は、キャンセル・追加注文を承ります。
  • ご注文後のキャンセルは原則としてお受けできませんので、ご注文前によくご確認ください。
  • ご注文後、1週間以内にご入金がない場合はキャンセル扱いとなり、今後の当店でのお買い物をお断りさせていただく場合がございますのでご了承ください。

発送について

5～7日以内の発送を心がけております。到着日はお届け先の国や状況により異なりますので、別途ご連絡いたします。

返品・交換

お客様のご都合による返品・交換・キャンセルはお受けできません。
